Heidi's Current Horses:
Heidi began riding Cheri is April 2006. At their first show, they won the FEI Test of Choice with a 69% in Intermediaire I. Last winter, they had 3 top ten finishes in High Performance FEI classes in Florida, in addition to winning the Intermediaire I Freestyle Open class at both the Gold Coast Opener (Revisited) and the Wellington Classic Dressage Challenge II. They moved up to Intermediaire II in May 2007, and finished 26th in the USDF Horse of the Year standings, 1st in the North American Danish Warmblood Association standings and won the Midwest Championships. Watch for Heidi and Cheri at Grand Prix this winter in Florida! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Heidi's mom, Judy Hansen, purchased Stella as a green broke 3-year-old from Solomon Farm, for Heidi to train and compete. These plans were put on hold once they learned that Stella was pregnant (Solomon Farm had bred her to their Donnerhall son, Der Graf but thought it didn't take, see Dancer's Surprise, below). After returning to work in winter 2005, Stella made her show debut at Dressage at Lamplight in August 2006, winning the Mare Materiale class. Also in 2006, she was named the USDF West Central Breeders' Championships Grand Champion Mare, and finished 5th in the USDF Horse of the Year standings for 4 & 5-year-old mare materiale. In 2007, she had 4 wins at Training & First Level in Florida and won NDA Reserve Horse of the Year. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Le Mode was Reserve Champion of the 2001 Rheinland Pfalz Saar keuring in Germany. Heidi started riding Mode in December 2005 and has successfully competed him through Fourth Level. Mode will be traveling to Florida this winter and Heidi plans to compete him in the Developing Horse Prix St. Georges division.

In 2003, they ranked 8th in the country at Third Level/FEI Six-Year-Old. Heidi has successfully competed Donna through Prix St. Georges. In 2007, junior rider Chelsea Bendorf showed Donna at First and Second Level and they have plans to show Third Level in 2008.

Stardancer's gold premium filly, Celeste, was high scoring filly at her keuring, scoring 8.6 on movement and 8.4 overall. As a 2-year-old, she is already 16.2h and has been lightly started under saddle. She will spend the winter being a horse, living outside with her "sister" Emma (below) at Missy Fladland's home, before she starts her training next summer.

Emma, by Le Mode (see above), was high scoring filly of her keuring, scoring 9.2 on type and 8.6 overall. She was shown in-hand this summer, qualifying for the USDF West Central Breeders' Championships, placing 23rd in the USDF Horse of the Year standings for yearling fillies and second in the Rheinland Pfalz Saar Intl. standings for yearling fillies.
